How Do I Loop a Product?
We want our products to be used again and again. That’s why you can now return used products to us, and we’ll make sure they get a new life—either back with you or with someone else. With us, you can loop textile products such as floor screens, desk screens, seating furniture, and room dividers. One of the most common reasons for buying new is that the color no longer feels modern. Simply changing the textile instead is both environmentally friendly and budget-friendly. Inspection
We receive the product and inspect the current condition.
Refurbishment
Sometimes, only surface-level changes are needed, in which case we reupholster the screen, ball, or seating furniture with a new textile. For more significant damage—such as when the inner bag of an Office Nap is torn—the fabric can be retained while the bag is replaced. Screens can also be resized if needed.
DISTRIBUTION
Once the product is refurbished, it is delivered back to you as the customer.
