1. Create an Account

To shop in our LOOP-shop, you need to create an account. Currently, only businesses can register.

Are you a private individual? Ask your manager to create an account so you can purchase that stylish chair for your workplace!

2. find your product

Browse through our product categories or enter what you’re looking for in the search function. You can also filter products by a specific brand.

3. add to cart

Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Another option, if you like a product, is to save it as a favorite. Or, a third option—reserve the product for 10 days, take your time to decide, and ensure no one else buys it in the meantime.

3. SEND YOUR ORDER

Go to checkout and make sure you have entered the correct delivery address.

4. DELIVERY

You can choose to have your items delivered by Schenker or pick them up at our warehouse in Ulricehamn. Our goal is to have your order packed and ready for delivery within 2 days after purchase.

What Products Can I FIND in the LOOP-Shop??

Everything from brand-new items that were mistakenly ordered to products that have been used at trade fairs or displayed in our showrooms. Some products may have been previously used by customers who now wish to pass them on. You’ll find products from all brands within Götessons Design Group, including Akustikmiljö, David Design, Götessons, FROM: and Scan Sørlie.

Do I Need to Be an Existing Customer to Shop?

We cater to businesses and organizations. To shop with us, you must have a valid business registration and be able to provide your company’s organization number. All prices in the shop are displayed excluding VAT.

Are All Products Assembled and Ready to Use?

It depends on the product you order. Some items are delivered fully assembled, just as shown in the shop. However, exceptions may include screens, products from our Room-within-a-Room series, and other bulky items.

What Is the Delivery Time in the LOOP-Shop?

We offer fast deliveries. Our goal is to have your order packed and ready for shipment within 2 days after purchase.

Why Should I Buy a LOOPed Product?

To reduce the number of newly produced items, extend the life of existing products, and minimize environmental impact.
Plus, you get them at a more favorable price!

What is the Shipping Cost?

Shipping is based on a tiered pricing system:

Order value < 3,000 SEK = 300 SEK
Order value < 6,000 SEK = 600 SEK
Order value < 9,000 SEK = 800 SEK
Order value > 9,000 SEK = Free shipping

Additional pallet costs may apply. We offer free shipping on orders exceeding 9,000 SEK.

Can I Choose to Pick Up My Order, and Where Is Your Warehouse?

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order from us, completely free of charge. We are located at Rönnåsgatan 5B, 523 38 Ulricehamn.

What is the warranty period?

When you shop in the store, you receive a 2-year warranty on the products.

Can I Reserve a Product?

Yes, you can reserve a product for 10 days. When there are 2 days left on your reservation, you will receive a reminder via email.
